Ignition sources detection and suppression systems for the stoking system (coal and biomass) at the DOLNA ODRA POWER PLANT in Gryfino
Description of the investment:
One of the biggest Polish power plant has eight blocks with a total capacity of 1 752 MW of electricity and 64.4 MW of heat. Due to growing safety requirements, a Dolna Odra Station decided to implement the complex fire protection installation for coal supply and transportation systems. This facility is unique in terms of scale and type in Poland. Introl has signed an agreement to implement a detection and extin-guishing system for ignition sources on belt conveyors transporting the fuel, the fuel storage to boiler bunkers. In addition to the delivery and assembly our company is also responsible for preparation of the project, configuration of the systems, commissioning and staff training.
