Description of the investment:

The fuel depot in Radzionków is one of the most advanced reloading terminals in Poland. Its services are mainly used by foreign companies and intependent operators on the wholesale and retail market. Fuel from foreign refineries also is delivered to the depot. INTROL performed investment task called “Comprehensive process automation system along with a computer control, supervision and visualisation system as well as work connected with the complete delivery and turnkey construction of twenty-three tanks with capacity of V=10,000 m3 each, along with a pumping station, fuel filling stations and necessary infrastructure”.

Scope of work:

• construction of switchgear centers
• construction of fuel depot supply system
• construction of fire protection pumping station (water and foam) as regards electrical system
and automation
• construction of fuel pumping stations as regards delivery and installation of electrical system
and automation
• construction of the front unloading facility as regards delivery and installation of electrical system
and automation
• lighting system for the entire facility as regards delivery and installation of electrical system
and automation
• construction of twenty-three water tanks, each with capacity of 10,000 m3 of fuel, as regards electrical
system and automation
• construction of six tank fire protection stations (foam and water)
• construction of fuel vapor recovery system as regards electrical system and automation
• prefabrication of control cabinets along with software and visualisation
• construction of the public address, CCTV and fire signaling system
